On-site work, beyond contracted setup, is quoted separately.

What counts as a configuration change “within scope”?

Most things you would think of: VLAN updates, VPN user provisioning, firewall rule adjustments, port forwarding, DNS changes, basic access control. The few things that fall outside scope (full network redesigns, major topology changes, M&A integrations) are scoped and quoted separately so the line is always visible.

How quickly does the support team respond?

Priority response targets are: same business day for non-urgent, within 4 business hours for urgent, within 1 hour for outage. Stated targets, with monthly review.

Can Pro replace our MSP?

Sometimes — but not always, and we will be honest about it. Pro covers the network protection layer, not endpoint support, helpdesk, or general IT. Many Pro customers keep their MSP and let us run the network alone.

What is the difference between Pro and Security Plus?

Pro keeps the network configured well. Security Plus extends protection beyond the firewall — into vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection, phishing testing, and dark web monitoring across the whole business.

Do you sign BAAs and carrier compliance attestations?

Yes, where appropriate. We will not sign documents that overstate the scope of what we cover — that is a brand line we hold. We will sign accurate ones promptly.

Security Plus extends to the whole business.
