The first three VectorLogic firewall classes are built from our white-labeled Protectli hardware supply chain. Final configuration varies by term, availability, and network design. Pricing is quoted per network after a short conversation about what you actually need.

Dual-WAN ready
V-4 and above support dual internet connections out of the box — either as failover (one ISP dies, you stay up) or as aggregation (more bandwidth combining both).
Enterprise hot-spare failover
Redundant hot-spare failover is reserved for the V-Pro enterprise platform. When a deployment truly needs appliance-level resiliency, we design the pair, monitoring, and handoff intentionally.
DMZ / dual-firewall designs
For higher-trust environments (insurance, finance, healthcare), V-Pro supports outside-firewall / DMZ / inside-firewall topologies, stronger segmentation, and cleaner separation of public-facing services.
Hardware swap, return-to-depot
Included with every active service plan. Your hardware fails — usually a power supply or a port — we ship you a configured replacement device. You ship the failed unit back to us at our cost. Configuration is preserved through the swap. Most replacements complete inside 48 hours of failure being confirmed.
Three- or five-year lock
Optional add-on. Lock the swap warranty in for the long term, ahead of supply-chain volatility. Predictable hardware-replacement costs for the budget cycle. Available on every model at the time of order or anytime during the active service plan.
